This is my second review for a business, an experience & a purchase that is so sublime words can not do it justice.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Derek Pingel twice now on two separate occasions for two trailer purchases & as well as some much needed sundries that come with up selling a fine product.
From my first email, to my first phone call with this great man, everything has been so smooth. So well organised & so honest that it is like we are family.
The first time I spoke to Derek I felt a calm & I felt that I knew this bloke from somewhere but I didn't. I knew immediately that he was genuine with the way we communicated & how he recommended certain aspects to both trailers would be more ideal than just stock standard.
Its his experience that comes through the knowledge & the passion of supplying an awesome product at a fair dinkum price.
I have a 14x7ft Flat deck with electric brakes via the controller & this is truly awesome. It is a beast & it loves a load more than being empty. So being a builder it has so many applications & so easy to load at a great height for an ageing builder.
My little 7 x 5ft 1400kg cage tilt trailer with 15 inch rims is a cracker, tows absolutely so beautiful that I am worried my partner Celia will hijack it for multiple runs to bunnings at Grafton NSW.
They are great trailers sold & serviced by the most wonderful people you could ever deal with. I think Derek wants us to have frequent traveller points to Gatton. Its not hard when you know that he appreciates all business no matter how big or small. It still gets the same service. So amazing. To Tim his worker of workers. What this bloke does is amazing & dedicated to Derek & Lockyer Trailers is so great to see from the other side.
Derek knows Trailers, he wants the best, He knows who does the best work cause its his reputation & he stands tall beside it.
Derek, Tim & Kevin thank you for making Celia & my experiences of buying trailers including upgrading as well the experience of being in Trailer Heaven.
To register these trailers in NSW was a breeze, cause what you get with Derek Pingel is total service from the start to the finish.
If it was a race you will not hit a pothole that is my experience & my guarantee.
