REVIEW: A Tradie’s Testimonial of Quality, Detail, and Friendly Service

I now have had the opportunity to deal with Mr Derek Pingel 3 times now on different trailers plus some upgrades to the previous one's as well.

As with all his reviews, which are 100 percent right & I am one of them, this great bloke, just keeps on giving you the service that really is not around anymore. His attention to detail, his staff & the knowledge they provide is truly appreciated. My partner thinks I have a problem with trailers & she maybe right, but as a Builder (an ageing one) they are an essential piece of equipment. I have a fettish for trailers & its all Derek's fault, cause you get a trailer that is built right for you & your application with strength, attention to detail & price being very enticing. He listens too, we all need to listen as experience is always knowledge. This business Lockyer Trailers just keeps on expanding, because of the drive & dedication Derek brings to the business.

I had the opportunity this time to shout the crew a smoko, as I still call it because we absolutely love seeing them & sharing life's stories.

I bought this time a new 8x5 Dual axle trailer with canopy top as my builders trailer. This was after we talked about my previous trailer & the best possible way to go. Yes he sold me a trailer & boy was it hard to resist (Not really) as his professional advice guided me & the fact that I know he was a builder in his earlier days. Derek is a friend, a mate that for Celia & myself is like a family reunion. A great experience.

We brought the trailer home, to Maclean NSW & got it registered with absolutely no problems. Just seamless. I took my time setting it up & honestly it's the best set up I have ever had to work from.

The trailer is so well balanced, fantastic to tow, operate from, as being organised is paramount & it looks like a beast. Well finished & something I am so very proud to own.

For any Tradie that is looking for a trailer to help with the business operation, this is the only place you need to visit. You will not be disappointed, simply uplifted cause with Derek every customer is special.
