This AUSTRALIAN made trailer was originally built in March 2022 for a specific purpose and is an outstanding trailer that has been built with no expense spared. The owner is selling this trailer to build yet another purpose-built trailer for a completely different use.
At Lockyer Trailers we have inspected every part of this trailer and it is in impeccable condition.
This trailer is extremely tough, robust and made to withstand the toughest conditions. There are so many uses for this trailer, whether it’s just transporting long length materials, or using it for car or vehicle transport. Its ATM is 3200 kg and has a tare weight of 1120 kg with a payload of 2080 kg.
The trailer floor is 5 mm thick aluminium checker plate, and there is a drop in post Incorporated in the trailer deck to secure machinery items such as off-road ATV vehicles, boats, Polaris type vehicles and the list goes on.
A very clever tapered design with the overall deck at its maximum 2450mm wide, tapering from the front to the wheel arches and from the wheel arches back to the tail end of the trailer.
A very stylish yet practical built trailer. It is truly multipurpose and could easily cope with off-road conditions with the Landcruiser 5 stud wheels and 285/75 x 16inch tyres. These wheels are completely interchangeable with Landcruiser 5 stud wheels.
Suspension is load sharing greaseable 8 leaf roller rocker springs (4000kg Rated) with 50 mm² solid axles and parallel bearings. 4 x wheel 10-inch electric drum brakes couple to emergency breakaway system. Plenty of recessed retractable in floor tie-down points and external tie rails and tie points throughout the entire trailer. Finished in Raptor coat Provides the trailer a very durable finish.
